We can offer tailored psychological support across the lifespan for your mental health and emotional wellbeing needs as well as being able to offer specialist attachment interventions and interpersonal therapy focusing on both adult and parent relationships.
Our psychologists have extensive experience within the NHS and in independent practice and have additional training in a range of therapeutic models. We can offer individual therapy, group therapy, couples support, attachment interventions, parenting support, perinatal support, and specialist assessments including for ASD, cognitive difficulties and parenting assessments. We are also able to offer clinical supervision and training.

Dr Leanne Horrocks has been working as a psychologist since 2002, she is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and is a Registered Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC.
Leanne has extensive experiences of working with adults, families and young people within various NHS settings as well as in independent practice. She can provide assessment and support for a range of emotional or mental health difficulties as well as providing assessment and post-diagnostic support for neurodevelopmental difficulties such as ADHD or Autism in both adults and young people.
Leanne has experience of working with those who have experienced trauma or loss. She has worked extensively within the Family Courts and provides specialist assessment and treatment for attachment difficulties including for fostered and adopted young people. Leanne Is a Certified Theraplay practitioner and also uses DDP informed practice (Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy). She has specialist training for supporting transitions and provides therapeutic parenting support. Leanne also provides assessment and intervention for families who are separating and where family work is needed.
Leanne can offer a range of training and supervision services which can be tailored to meet your needs. She had provided training to Family Court Judges and other legal and social care professionals on aspects of developmental trauma and resilience as well as the impact of domestic violence on child development.

Dr Lauren Staples is a clinical psychologist, registered with HCPC, with over ten years’ experience working within the NHS and in private practice. As well as being a qualified clinical psychologist Lauren has additional training in Cognitive Analytic Therapy and is registered as a CAT practitioner with the Association of Cognitive Analytic Therapy. She is also trained in other therapeutic modalities including EMDR, CBT, CFT, ACT and DBT.

Lauren has experience of supporting people across the lifespan and with a range of different mental health difficulties. She is particularly interested in supporting people who may be struggling with interpersonal relationships, this can include thinking about the impact of early relationships and childhood trauma upon current relationships.

In recent years her work has focussed specifically on supporting parents with their mental health and emotional wellbeing as well as offering interventions to develop and strengthen the relationship with their infants. She has completed specialist training in perinatal psychology and is one of a very small number of perinatal psychologists practising in the East of England. She has also been involved in creating and establishing a specific pathway within the NHS to support parents who have experienced perinatal loss.
